You acknowledge that any such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We reserve the right to alter specifications without prior notice. All weights and sizes listed are approximate and to be used as a guide line only. The representations of colour are approximate due to limitations in both the photographic and specifications of different output devices. All goods are subject to availability. Accessories supplied to co-ordinate with the main product may differ in shade; this is normally caused by the manufacturing process and is not a fault.

Your use of any information or material on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be held liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

How The Contract Is Formed Between Online4baby.com and You.

Please note the display of any product on our website is in no way an offer by us to sell to you. It is your response that is the offer. Once an order has been placed you will receive an order acknowledgement with the details of your order. This does not mean your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us.

Order acceptance and completion of the contract between you and us will occur upon the despatch (to you) of the products ordered unless we have been unable to accept your order or you have cancelled your order.

Non acceptance of an order may occur for the following reasons:-

  • The product ordered being unavailable from stock.
  • Where your offer relates to goods that have been priced / advertised incorrectly from that which we have intended.
  • We are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment.
  • You do not meet the eligibility to place an order as set out in these terms & conditions.

Contract Cancellation – Under Distance Selling Regulations you are entitled to cancel your contract with us within seven working days after the day on which you have received your order. If your order has been processed then return costs are your responsibility. (Please see the returns section of these terms & conditions below)

By placing an order with Online4baby.com you confirm that:-

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have provided your real name, phone number, e-mail address, payment details and any other requested information.

DPD Delivery

Online4baby.com offers a Free Express Next Working Day Delivery Service to most of the UK on all orders over £49.99*(£4.95 for orders under £49.99). The courier we use is 'DPD' for all standard deliveries (See other delivery tab for Nursery Furniture deliveries i.e Room sets, Cot beds, Junior beds that include mattresses which are handled by our freight courier DPD ). Our contracted hours for delivery with DPD are between 8am and 6pm. However, DPD offers a service called "Predict". Providing you supply us with a current mobile number and/or email address gives a unique 1 hour delivery window notification via SMS and/or Email on the morning of your delivery which can be rescheduled by you to a more convenient delivery date.

Collect from Shop

DPD also allows you to collect from a local shop of your choice via the email / Text service

Please note that once you have requested via email or text response to collect from your chosen shop, you cannot redirect the delivery to occur via any other method. (I.e. Delivery to your original address or collect from depot etc). The parcel will stay at your chosen shop for a maximum of 3 days from the date you arrange to collect.

**Important note** You must take along with you x2 forms of Identification. One must be Photo ID and one must be a Utility Bill. Collection will be refused if these are not presented at the time of pick up.

If the parcel is not collected then this may be returned and standard return charges will apply.

Unfortunately on the rare occurrence that your parcel cannot be collected due to a dpd error, we still cannot redirect this parcel. It can only be collected from your chosen shop.



We give the buyer the assurances they need in order for them to receive their delivery in a clear timeframe once cleared funds have been received. Checking your delivery day is simple:-

Our courier will endeavour to deliver your order within the timescale stated in your order acknowledgment. However, due to circumstances beyond our (and their) control, such as extreme weather conditions, security checks, unforeseen incidents, miss-route of parcels, delays may occur. If you are working to a set deadline (e.g. holiday departure, a birthday) please allow for extra time to cover any eventualities that may arise. Online4baby cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences caused in the unlikely event of a delayed delivery. In these instances our courier will deliver your parcel(s) the next available working day.

Delivery will be made to the address specified in your order. Should you wish to change the delivery address once your order has been processed, a charge may apply (depending on the new address) and your delivery date may be subject to a short delay.

If you provide us with any incorrect delivery details which results in the order being delivered to an incorrect address, Online4baby.com cannot be held responsible for any loss you may incur as a result.

If there is nobody in at the delivery address to sign for the parcel(s), the driver will automatically attempt to leave with a neighour and leave a calling card at the property (in some circumstances the driver can run out of calling cards). If this is not possible to leave with a neighbour then they will take the parcel back to the local depot for a re-attempt at delivery the next working day. You can re-arange delivery direct with our courier from the details left on the calling card. If no contact is made with the courier after the 2nd attempt the order will only be held for 2 days at the courier depot and then returned back to Online4baby and re delivery charges will apply as below. You can also visit the FAQ Why has my item been returned to you.

At the checkout stage, under the section ‘Delivery Instructions’ you are able to include certain information / instructions for the delivery driver. Here you will be able to specify a neighbour you wish the parcel to be delivered to. To protect the safety of your goods we are unable to leave in a safe place.

Nursery Furniture Delivery -Tuffnells

FREIGHT GOODS are delivered between 8am and 6pm (a full working day). Specified delivery times are not available.

Nursery Furniture deliveries such as Room sets, Wardrobes, Dressers, Cot beds with Mattresses, Junior/Toddler beds with Mattresses and Nursery Drawers are classed as FREIGHT due to their volumetric size(height above 1.3metres) and do require special vehicles and handling. The courier we use is TUFFNELLS who provides a Free Express Next Working Day Delivery Service to most of the UK(see exceptions below)on all orders over £49.99*(£4.95 on orders under £49.99). The contracted hours for deliveries of FREIGHT GOODS are between 8am and 6pm (a full working day).

Spacific delivery times are not available so it is extremely important to make sure someone is available at the delivery address all day to sign for the parcel(s). A Contact telephone number must be provided to Online4baby when placing an order.

Please note**The Free Delivery on Freight goods will only be attempted once with our dedicated courier service Tuffnells. Any missed deliveries will incur a second attempt redelivery charges of £5 per parcel.

Should no contact be made with us or the courier direct within 3 days from 1st delivery attempt and the goods are returned back to Online4baby, a return charge of £10 per parcel will be incurred - see FAQ "Why has my item been returned to you?"

**Parcels requested by the customer to be left in a safe place without a signature will not be covered by the couriers insurance, therefore it is at the customers own risk**

Nursery Furniture Delivery -Tutti Bambini Products

When ordering a product from the Tutti Bambini Product range, please refer to the Direct Dispatch information (link) on the product listing to fully understand your delivery schedule. Cot beds are generally a three day service but Room sets are generally 2 - 4 week delivery depending on overall weight.

DX Freight Courier Service- (Cot beds, Cots , Gliders and Glider Chairs) --- Dispatched Direct from the Manufacturer

Your item will be marked DX 3 Working Day Delivery as a delivery type. This is a delivery service only. If you pay for your item before 12 noon you will receive your order in 3 working days. DX will send you an email and text message update the evening of dispatch from Tutti Bambini advising you that you will receive your delivery on the 3rd working day. The morning of your delivery the tracking link will update with the status ‘out for delivery’. The delivery is an all day service between 8am – 6pm.

Please note with DX Couriers if you require your delivery on a specific day they can upgrade the service at a charge of £29.95 please contact us on 0161-688-1550 to make payment and we can arrange this.

Home & Retail Freight Courier Service (Room sets that do not include assembly)

Your item will be marked Home and Retail 2 Week Delivery as a delivery type. This is a delivery service only. If you pay for your item before 12 noon you will receive your order within 2 weeks. In these situations the Tutti Bambini logistics team will call you direct within 5 days of placing your order to advise you of your delivery slot.

Tutti Bambini Delivery & Assembly Team(Room sets that include assembly)

Your item will be marked TB Delivery & Assembly Team 2 – 6 week delivery service as a delivery type. This is a delivery service with assembly included. If you pay for your item before 12noon you will receive your order between 2-4 weeks. In these situations the Tutti Bambini logistics team will call you direct within 3 working days to advise their delivery and assembly slot.

Damaged In Transit

Before you refuse the delivery, we ask that you check inside the box to establish if the item itself has been damaged. (The packaging is simply used to protect the item whilst in transit.) If you find the contents to be spoilt, please sign for the goods as damaged and contact us by email at customerservices@online4baby.com (Please include your order number in the email) or contact us on 08708 50 30 70. We aim to respond to your enquiry in the quickest possible timeframe. We appreciate that all items that are delivered are not necessarily purchased for immediate use. So to avoid disappointment on opening we would ask that all your parcels are checked thoroughly on arrival and then in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the condition of how your order has arrived we advise you to report this within 48hrs of receipt so that any problems can be rectified immediately, this is the timeframe that enables us to claim from the couriers insurance.

All products/parts that arrive which have been damaged in transit will be replaced 'like for like' free of charge in the quickest possible timeframe. For wooden items damaged in transit we will replace the damaged parts 'like for like' only and not the complete carton. This prevents the likelihood of the whole carton getting damaged as a whole carton for the second time. Replacement parts are packed individually and securely for transit.

The packaging/box around the product is simply there to protect the item whilst in transit. Due to the weight of some parcels and the distance travelled through many courier depot's we cannot guarantee that the external packaging will not be marked on arrival and therefore if presentation is important i.e ordering for a gift this is at your own risk unless you have requested extra packaging prior to your order being dispatched.

**Re-delivery charges may apply if the consignment is refused.**

Faulty Goods

All our products will be subject to a 6 month guarantee. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. The guarantee is only available to the original purchaser of the item(s) and must be accompanied by the original receipt and is non transferable.

  • We will offer a spare, repair or replacement product free of charge where the product, pushchair, stroller or car seat goes wrong within the 6 month guarantee period. A refund will be offered if a replacement is not available. Due to the number of small components included in the screw fix stair gates, we will provide any missing parts direct from the manufacturer. We cannot accept returns on these gates due to missing parts.

The guarantee covers:

  • All products, pushchairs, travel systems, strollers & car seats.
  • All parts except foam handles, fabric wear, inflatable tyres, inner tubes and rain covers.
  • We will endeavour to provide matching fabric for repairs and/or spares, if this is not available we will provide coordinating colours.
  • Where a spare or repair is uneconomical, Online4baby will offer a replacement product.
  • Online4baby may inspect the product and verify fault before offering a spare, repair, replacement or refund.

The guarantee does not cover:

  • Damage caused by non domestic use.
  • Damage caused by failure to follow the user guide and maintenance instructions.
  • General wear and tear, for example; worn wheels, damaged rain covers, worn/torn fabric.
  • Deliberate damage, misuse or neglect.
  • Product which has been modified, undergone an unauthorised repair or used a non approved spare part.
  • Car seats which have been involved in an accident. We recommend all car seats should be replaced if involved in an accident.
  • Cosmetic damage.
  • Matching accessories, including changing bags, cosytoes, pushchair liners, rain covers, canopies, mosquito nets, parasols.
  • Moving parts should be maintained on a regular basis and a silicone lubricant spray should be applied to keep necessary parts running effectively.
  • We can provide spare parts and repairs for damages which fall outside the scope of your statutory rights. Prices are quoted on an individual basis.
  • Claims on products outside Mainland UK and Ireland

Return of unwanted Goods

The right to cancel under the Distance Selling Regulations is a no fault cancellation. If the goods are faulty then the standard statutory rights apply. All our products sold through Online4baby.com or over the telephone are covered under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulation (2000). To enable us to authorise a return you must notify us within 14 days from the day after receipt of the goods by contacting our customer services team via 08708 50 30 70 (all calls are payable at low-cost rate of 5p per minute from most landlines) or by email to returns@online4baby.com, fax or letter stating your order number. Any parcel returned to us without authorisation will be refused. It is the customer's responsibility for the return shipping cost and to take reasonable care and ensure the items returned are received by Online4baby.com in the original state, unused and undamaged. We cannot accept a return on any personal hygiene items such as mattresses, breast pumps where the original packaging has been opened/unsealed or used . We recommend all returns are arranged through Online4baby.com’s courier service (DPD), which provides a reliable and fully insured service. Collection charges are shown in the table below. Alternatively if you prefer to arrange your own courier, items must be returned by a registered Courier or the Royal Mail for insurance purposes.

Once the item has been processed and authorised, your refund includes the full price of the goods; any deposit/part payments and the cost of the original standard delivery service (premium delivery services will not be refunded). The refund will be put back into the original payment method that was used. This refund will be completed within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

**Please note**
Should the remaining items on your order, value less than £49.99 then the £4.95 delivery charge (which would have been applicable if you had ordered just these items) will be deucted from any refund

Collections

Please see below in the table collection charges and weights. Collections made by our courier DPD are attempted between the hours of 8am and 6pm. All packages must be made available and boxed securely. Collections which are missed/or items that are not ready will have to be rebooked and charged at £10.

**Any complimentary item / gift originally supplied or provided at a later date with the item you are returning must be returned along with the original item. We cannot refund or exchange if they are not returned together.**

Tutti bambini Return & Cancellation Charges

All assembled dimensions are advised on each individual product listing. Please check before ordering that the furniture will fit in your desired location. Do not assemble your Tutti Bambini products if you are unsure on the colour/style. If you wish to return any items which have been assembled a 50% charge of the original purchase price plus the collection charges stated below will be deducted from your refund.

E-Gift / Voucher

E-Gifts / vouchers can only be used online at www.online4baby.com subject to these general terms & conditions. E-Gifts / vouchers are not redeemable through any other method and your use of an E-Gift indicates your agreement to be bound by these terms & conditions. An E-Gift / voucher is redeemed by entering its code in the appropriate box at the checkout stage.

If your order value is greater than the E-Gift / voucher amount, you can pay the outstanding balance using any of our payment options. If your basket amount is lower than the voucher value, we will send you an email with your voucher balance and a new redemption code.

Redeemed E-Gift vouchers will contribute to the vip discount of the redeemers account and not the purchaser of the E-Gift's account.

E-Gifts / vouchers are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.

Price Match Terms and Conditions

You are eligible for a price-match if your request meets the following conditions:

  1. To qualify, we must be satisfied that (a) both products are identical (including colour and specification) and (b) the product you have found is actually available to purchase on the same website.
  2. The Online4Baby price match applies only to UK internet retailers that have the identical product and/or goods in stock immediately available (not on request) and the product and/or goods is priced accurately. The item must also be due to be sent with the same delivery service, making the whole package (item + delivery service) like for like.
  3. If the price match item is being sold through eBay, the item must be for sale as a 'Buy It Now' and not an auction style listing.

When requesting a price match, please be aware that prices will be compared on the following criteria:

  1. When requesting an Online4Baby price match, you must specify the name of the website where you have found the product cheaper, if possible, a screenshot of the cheaper offer (including the date and time visited), the cost of the cheaper product and finally your name, email address and contact telephone number)
  2. The Online4Baby price match cannot be used in conjunction with any coupons/vouchers and/or other promotional offers on the Online4Baby website.
  3. Prices are compared on product price and when calculating the competitor's total price, any comparisons will include the cost of the product plus any delivery charges applicable.
