Very easy site to navigate and to complete purchase.
I spoke to someone via Online4Baby live chat who was very helpful as we had a couple of questions due to the instruction manual not explaining about the top tether attachment. Although the live chat can sometimes take time to reply (the waiting time was 10-15 mins) this was more convenient for me as i did not have the time to ring customer services.
