1, I've made a mistake with my order. How do I cancel?Time is of the essence! Due to our state-of-the-art warehouse system, within seconds of you ordering your order will be picked, packed and dispatched. This means we are unlikely to be able to cancel or amend the order when requested.
2, Do you have a showroom?We are now fully online and no longer have a showroom but fear not we have a team of knowledgeable product experts on hand with any pre purchase info you may need, Simply use any of the methods below and the team will be back to you super quick!
3, I've changed my mind and want to return. How do I do this?This isn't a problem. We understand you may need something different. We offer a 365 return period for exchanges and 30 days for refunds simply use the contact us methods below and we will be right back with you. Please remember All items need to be BRAND NEW and UNUSED with the original packaging, so if you have chucked away the box, we cannot accept a return on the product. 4,The product I have purchased has a problem. How do I get this sorted? We're sorry to hear you're having problems! Fear not, the team is a knowledgeable bunch and will get you sorted super quick. 5,How do I track my delivery ?You will be able to track your order once it is scanned by the carrier. This usually happens overnight for express deliveries or the following day for standard. If you use theTrack my order link it will give you real time updates. Please note, on occasion carriers do use more than 1 van with multi-box deliveries so don't panic if you have only taken 1 box the rest will be with you soon.
