My daughter has very sensitive skin (eczema too) and initially concerned about any reaction she may get from this, but pleasantly surprised to find she was fine. Not only that, but she looked so cosy on it. I liked the fact it had the liner to provide extra barriers against the good old British weather. I place my daughter in the forward facing position, so with this on her back, I knew she was well protected. The comments from others usually involved jealousy as she looked so cosy and warm.
