Every transaction made with Online4baby will be recorded and added to an overall account total, pushing you closer to the next discount level. It’s that easy; the more you spend, the more you save.

The Scheme
These terms and conditions, in conjunction with the relevant privacy policy, are applicable to the Online4baby.com VIP membership (the scheme) and any participation in the scheme is considered as acceptance. Online4baby.com may, at any time, terminate the scheme or alter or amend the conditions of operation of the scheme. Online4baby.com will notify VIP members of any changes to these terms and conditions by posting notices online at www.online4baby.com. Online4baby.com will give members as much notice of any changes, suspension or termination as it reasonably can.
All members of the scheme must be aged 18 years or over.
You can register for the scheme online here. Members must keep Online4baby.com informed of any changes. Online4baby.com cannot be held responsible for any loss of discount incurred as a result of out of date details.
The Online4baby.com VIP membership is not transferable, cannot be copied and can only be used by the member who is named and registered for the scheme and cannot be bought, sold or in any way traded. Reward points have no cash redemption value. VIP Membership discount is not available for eBay purchases.
Online4baby.com may decline to issue, withdraw or cancel Online4baby.com VIP membership, and / or remove a member from the scheme at any time where there is reasonable belief of:
- Any abuse or attempted abuse of the scheme.
- Any breach or attempted breach of these terms and conditions.
- Any behaviour relating to Online4baby.com or Online4baby that involves theft, misconduct, abusive or offensive behaviour, or supplying false or misleading information.

Certain products may be excluded from the scheme at the discretion of Online4baby.com.
Members can earn a maximum discount of 3%.
VIP discounts are not applicable in conjunction with any other special offers, promotions & price match requests.
Online4baby.com will deduct any amounts from the VIP members' total spend for items that have been returned for a full or partial refund.
VIP Members' total spend and discounts are calculated on order values excluding shipping charges.
Where an E-Gift is purchased, VIP discount is applied to the account of the redeemer of the E-gift voucher and not the purchasers account.
Confirmation of VIP membership will be sent by email upon completion of the required information. A tangible card will not be issued.
The scheme is operated by Online4baby Ltd, Unit B Broadgate, Broadway Business park, Chadderton, Oldham, OL9 0JA.
These terms and conditions are correct as of January 2012 and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any disputes will be decided only by the English courts. Online4baby.com reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, for legal, regulatory, business or policy reasons. Members who continue to participate in the Scheme following such a change will have accepted the amended terms and conditions.
A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any provision in these terms and conditions, but this shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.
